Park & Rec Summer Camp

* Please note that you cannot register your child for Park & Rec summer camp through the Colonial Tavern. To register, please see the Oxford Parks & Recreation website.

Account money may be mailed in now or you may set up an account at the pool beginning June 8th. Once camp begins, you may only set up accounts at the pool before 9am. We will no longer accept a mailed-in payment and we will not open new accounts after 9am.
We accept checks or cash only. Please make checks payable to "Colonial Tavern."
The opening balance of each account must be at least $15.00.
You may make additions to the account at any time, with a minimum of $10.00.
Click on the "Account Form" button below to download the form that should accompany payment. Be sure to fill out a separate form for each child.

You may place restrictions on your child's account, such as 1 ice cream per day.
We do not allow the children to buy anything that they will have for lunch that day.
We do not allow the children to let friends borrow money unless specified by a parent.
We will keep a detailed list of what your child buys each day, in case you have any questions. You will be able to access this list and the balance of your child's account online.

*IMPORTANT*
We will not hold your child's money at the end of the session, unless they are returning for the next session. We will not mail money back to you at the end of the session. It is your responsibility to pick up the leftover money before the last day of the session. Or we can send it home with your child in a sealed envelope. We will delete all records of your child's account one week after their final camp session.
